Managing Partner and Founder
Based in Abu Dhabi, Paris and São Paulo, Peter established Jade Advisors in 2005. He has 25 years of experience in international fundraising and business development. Previously he was responsible for fundraising and international business development for INSEAD. He was also an advisor to Cambridge University, Cornell University and Booz & Company.
Rupert Bowen-Jones
Partner
Based in London, Rupert has over 18 years real estate experience in London and Abu Dhabi. Before joining Jade Advisors he spent 7 years with CBRE in Abu Dhabi interfacing with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices and Investment Managers in the Middle East. He started his career at niche City agency, Hexell Wylie.
Félix Dox
Vice President
Based in France, Félix has over 9 years of experience in investor relations advisory, capital markets, and institutional investor coverage. Having worked for an international bank, he has supported the fundraising on behalf of companies across various industries while engaging with private equity firms and institutional investors. He has lived in several countries and holds degrees in economics and finance from reputable universities.
Saadat Ali
Vice President
Based in London, Saadat has over fifteen years of professional experience across strategy formulation and business planning, capital raising and partnership development, and project management. He has led and supported mandates across management consulting, alternative investments, and industry, and has lived in the UK, the UAE, India, France, and Singapore. Saadat holds an MBA from INSEAD.
Penny Kou
Vice President
Based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, Penny has over 20 years of private equity and private credit experience in Asia. Before joining Jade Advisors, she worked as an independent consultant on fundraising for lower-middle market regional managers. She previously spent over 24 years at Navis Capital Partners in Kuala Lumpur, managing global GP/LP relationships and fundraising as a founding team member. Penny began her career at Boston Consulting Group in Kuala Lumpur and is a Fellow Member (FMIM) of the Malaysian Institute of Management.
Rohan Harris
Vice President
Based in the UK and Spain Rohan has over 18 years' experience in careers and executive search with the later years focusing on the VC & PE industry placing C-suite and financial professionals. After transitioning into capital raising, he soon after joined Jade Advisors. He also holds a BSc in computer Science.
Nikhil Shroff
Vice President
Based in Mumbai, Nikhil has 7 years experience in the fashion and textile industry with a family-owned company where he’s handled the day-to-day operations including developing and marketing the business to domestic and international clients. He has a Bachelors degree in Management Studies from HR College of Commerce and Economics.
Siddharth Hingorani
Managing Director
Based in New York, Sid has over 10 years experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, and Audit. Having worked at EY, PwC, JPMorgan, and Cognizant, Sid has led and supported client engagement across industries and effectively managed and advised on internal strategic alignment, operational improvements, and process transformation projects. Sid holds an MBA from INSEAD.
